Storage

Store in a cool & dry place in the tightly closed original packing.

Usage Directions

Mix Khaman Dhokla Mix with Water.
Mix very gently with minimum stirring to form smooth batter.
Optionally add finely cut Green Chilli and Green Coriander to the batter in order to add flavour.
Pour the batter into well-greased trays.
Steam the batter in pre-heated cooker or vessel for 20-22 minutes.
Remove vessel from cooker and cool it for 5 min.
Sprinkle 400 ml of water on it.
Heat 80 gram Oil in small vessel and add Mustard Seeds and Curry Leaves and allow to splatter.
Pour 300 ml water in it, boil it and sprinkle it on ready Khaman Dhokla.
Garnish with coriander leaves and fresh coconut for better taste.
