Process

Step 1

For Cookie Dough:

Take unsalted butter in a mixing bowl and cream and Vegitrop Chocolate Premix and mix for 2 min.

Step 3

Add egg into the cookie mix to form a dough.

Step 4

Divide the into equal part of 20 gm each.

Step 5

Take one portion and flatten it, apply a chocolate filling and cover it with another portion of flattened dough.

Step 6

Make all in same shape and arrange on a baking tray and bake for 10 min. on 170° C.
